About The Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Marketplace Manager to own HUFT's presence on Amazon and Flipkart — two of the biggest growth levers in our e-commerce business. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, catalog management, commercial negotiations, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has cut their teeth on marketplace operations — they understand the levers that move revenue, the discipline required to manage a live P&L;, and the hunger to grow a brand in one of the most competitive retail environments in India.

Key Responsibilities





Amazon Advertising & Growth

Build and manage end-to-end Amazon Ads strategy — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
Own keyword strategy, bid management, and campaign structuring across branded and non-branded terms.
Drive Share of Voice (SOV) for priority categories and keywords; track impression share, CVR trends, and ROAS on a weekly basis.
Identify and capitalize on emerging keyword opportunities, seasonal demand shifts, and white spaces in the category.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure creatives and A+ pages are conversion-optimized.

Revenue Growth & P&L; Ownership

Own GMV and net revenue targets across Amazon and Flipkart; drive sustainable top-line growth without compromising on margin.
Identify growth opportunities through category expansion, new product listings, bundle creation, and promotional mechanics.
Manage platform promotions, deal
