Purpose / Objective:
- As a talented Urban Designer at City Side Development, Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of Master planning and Urban design projects. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of Architects, engineers, and project managers to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs business needs and the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in Urban design, design management, and stakeholder management will be essential to our success. This work will cover a variety of sectors, including commercial mixed-use within brownfield context.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex urban design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Feasibility study: Generate creative and creative urban design concepts that align with the project's goals, budget, and timeline.
- Master Planning: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive master plans for Airport Real estate.




- Design Management: Collaborate with external consultant and Internal project teams to develop detailed master plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Analysis: Utilize demographic, economic, and geographic data to inform planning decisions and strategies.
- Strategy: Develop comprehensive urban design strategies, master plans, and zoning guidelines that enhance the functionality, sustainability, and livability of urban spaces.
- Land Use Planning: Assess land use patterns, zoning regulations, and policy frameworks to guide development.
- Transportation Planning: Integrate transportation solutions, transit-oriented development, and multi-modal transportation systems into planning efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with community members, government agencies, and stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and address concerns.
