The Impact You Will Have in This Role
The Product Owner is a key member of the Fixed Income team, responsible for translating the product vision into actionable deliverables and release plans. This role works closely with squads, Product Managers, clients (internal and external), and key stakeholders to manage scope and the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and maximizing value to clients.

Primary Responsibilities
- Translate the Fixed Income Tribe product vision into squad deliverables and release plans
- Independently lead multiple project teams from initiation to closure
- Collaborate across stakeholder groups to gather business requirements, develop project plans, and define resource needs
- Manage and maintain the squad's product backlog
- Create and refine user stories to meet definition of ready for development
- Accept or reject backlog items during sprints based on predefined acceptance criteria
- Represent the voice of internal and external clients in squad discussions
- Build robust relationships with Tribe Leads and stakeholders to identify and address issues, risks, and dependencies
