Language Requirement: English & Tamil (Mandatory) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist with 3 4 years of experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth joining experience, handling employee grievances, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operational activities. Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil are mandatory. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee onboarding lifecycle from offer acceptance to successful induction.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection, background verification, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct employee orientation and induction programs for new hires.
Handle employee queries and provide timely support throughout the onboarding process.




Manage employee grievance handling by addressing concerns professionally and escalating issues when required.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, Admin, Payroll, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, onboarding dashboards, and employee MIS reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR operational activities.

Required Skills

3 4 years of experience in HR Operations with a strong focus on onboarding.
Hands-on experience in employee onboarding and grievance handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
