? We’re Hiring: Customer Support Associate (Bangalore)

Job Description:

Salary – 4L CTC to 6L CTC yearly
Location - Prestige Centre Point, Cunningham Road, Bangalore

About Equipp:

Equipp.in is a Bangalore-based tech rental startup focused on laptops, PS5s, and tablets. We are currently a small team of 2, and looking for our third team member, someone who wants to grow with us, take ownership, and doesn’t need daily supervision.

You will work closely with the founder to learn, execute, and iterate on current customer support SOP’s.

We are backed by our parent company, Ralco Synergy Pvt Ltd, so the uncertainty of a startup isn’t there, but the growth and learning of a startup definitely is.

We’re looking for someone who can own customer experience end-to-end, while also supporting core operations on the ground.

? Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role combining:
Customer support
Operations management

You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth, fast,



and reliable experience - from order to delivery to issue resolution.

? Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email
Guide users through product selection, checkout, and KYC
Resolve issues related to orders, billing, upgrades, and replacements

2. Order & Operations Management
Track and manage orders from booking to delivery
Coordinate with delivery partners (Porter, etc.)
Maintain inventory tracking (Excel / internal dashboard)

4. Process Ownership
Maintain and update internal tracking sheets
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Follow SOPs and help improve them over time

? Who We’re Looking For:

0–3 years of experience in customer support roles
Comfortable handling customers directly
Basic understanding of using AI tools like ChatGPT and Excel
Strong ownership mindset - ability to manage tasks independently
Organized and detail-oriented
