- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Appian, Talend, SQL Server, and Autosys technologies
- The candidate should be a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate results with a globally distributed team

What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications,



ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
- Diagnose and fix problems in Talend workflows, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- Manage and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security
- Working knowledge of automations built on Power Automate from troubleshooting and maintenance perspective
- Handle Autosys job scheduling and automation, ensuring smooth execution of batch jobs and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement troubleshooting strategies
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve the overall troubleshooting process
- Provide technical support during production releases and maintenance windows, working closely with the Operations team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in troubleshooting and technical sup
