Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in an Agile environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver features
- Write clean, effective, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Develop high-performance backend services using Java and cloud-native technologies
- Build and maintain modern frontend applications using JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS
- Implement and manage automated testing and continuous integration pipelines
- Design and consume RESTful APIs using industry standards such as JSON and XML
- Optimize database performance using relational and non-relational database systems
- Apply microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and stream processing in application development




- Ensure security and performance best practices are incorporated into all software solutions

Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience
- Minimum of 1 year in a technical team leadership role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience in object-oriented design and development
- Strong background in distributed systems and algorithms
- Familiarity with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
- Experience with database systems like MongoDB and PostgreSQL is preferred
- Exposure to Kafka, event-driven architecture, and data-centric design is an advantage
- Understanding of Firewalls and Networking is a plus
- Familiarity with Cornerstone is a plus
