About The Role
The Key Accounts Manager will oversee and manage the accounts team dedicated to our prime customers. This role involves direct interaction with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction, and driving sales through effective sourcing and closing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities
➢ Team Management:
• Lead,



mentor, and manage a team of account managers dedicated to prime customers.
• Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

➢ Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client
satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prime customers, addressing any concerns and resolving issues promptly.

➢ Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities within existing accounts and strategize on expanding
services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective sales messaging.

• Lead negotiations and close sales deals with key accounts.
