Astek Middle East is hiring a highly experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager for a major public-sector digital transformation program in the UAE.
This prospect is specifically open to experienced professionals who are willing to relocate to the UAE. The role is based in Fujairah.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role in managing and modernizing a large-scale IT infrastructure environment supporting critical digital services. The position combines infrastructure strategy, operational leadership, team management, cloud and data center technologies, cybersecurity, business continuity, and enterprise transformation.
The role requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and technical leadership level, ensuring infrastructure availability, resilience, security, scalability, and continuous modernization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Manage servers, storage, virtualization, enterprise networks, cloud/hybrid environments, and data center operations.




Ensure high availability, reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical infrastructure services.
Lead major infrastructure modernization and transformation projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment support.
Oversee Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP environments.
Manage enterprise backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience.
Oversee firewalls, VPNs, network switches, wireless infrastructure, and perimeter security.
Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and technical support teams.
Manage vendors, contractors, MSPs, contracts, procurement, and SLA performance.
Own infrastructure budgeting, capacity planning, procurement specifications, and technical evaluations.
Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security pol
