Role Summary

We are looking for a sharp, analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our BizOps team in Bangalore. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and strategy working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to drive operational efficiency and business insight. A strong working knowledge of the LeadSquared (LS) platform is essential, as the role involves using LS extensively to pull data, configure workflows, and support process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with functional leaders (Sales, CS, Marketing) to identify process gaps and drive operational improvements.
Build, maintain, and interpret dashboards and reports on pipeline, funnel, retention, and revenue metrics.
Work hands-on within LeadSquared (LS)



to manage lead/chance workflows, automation rules, custom fields, and reporting views.
Support monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with data-backed insights and executive-ready summaries.
Design and document SOPs for cross-functional processes; drive adoption and compliance.
Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues (data hygiene, process breakage, SLA misses) and recommend fixes.
Collaborate with RevOps/Sales Ops and IT teams on system integrations, data flows, and tool rationalization.
Own ad-hoc analyses and projects requested by leadership, translating business questions into structured data outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Working knowledge of LeadSquared (LS) lead/opportunity management, workflows, automation, and reporting modules.
2 - 4 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales/Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role, preferably in B2B Saa
