- Client Portfolio Management : Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth or premium clients, assisting them in their partner search journey.
- Tailored Matchmaking : Understand client preferences, expectations, and background to offer personalized match recommendations.
- Relationship Building : Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and counseling sessions.
- Achieving Targets : Meet monthly/quarterly conversion and retention targets, ensuring high client satisfaction and successful matchmaking.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal matchmaking and service delivery teams to ensure effective coordination and smooth service delivery.
- Escalation Handling : Manage and resolve client escalations, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Consultative Sales : Use consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and offer the most suitable services and matches.
