We are a brand-focused distributor dedicated to bringing high-quality, affordable pet wellness solutions to every corner of India through General Trade, Up-to-date Trade, and Alternative Trade channels. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to make premium pet hygiene care accessible to every pet parent, regardless of location.
As we build out our own line of Pet & Hygiene Care products, we are looking for an FMCG-experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, product launches, GTM, and integrated marketing for the S Labs portfolio.

Role Overview
The Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, product launches, go-to-market execution, integrated marketing, and portfolio growth for S Labs' Pet & Hygiene Care line, reporting directly to the Founder and working cross-functionally with Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain,



and Digital teams to build a category-defining brand for Indian pet parents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Develop and execute annual brand strategy aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and growth ambitions.
• Define brand positioning, architecture, value proposition, messaging, and communication frameworks across the S Labs portfolio.
• Build long-term brand equity while delivering short-term commercial growth.
• Identify whitespace opportunities for portfolio expansion through consumer insights and market trends.
• Drive brand health metrics including awareness, consideration, trial, repeat purchase, and customer loyalty.
2. New Product Development & Innovation
• Lead end-to-end product innovation from opportunity identification to commercial launch.
• Collaborate with R&D;, Procurement, Packaging, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to develop differentiated products.
