Roles and Responsilbility
- Should have strong communication.
- Must have experience in handling bulk/volume hiring.
- Understanding the Technical & actively involved from head hunting till onboarding.
- Should be confident enough to handle the various crowds.
- Robust knowledge on MS Excel, PPT.
- Must coordinate with department manager to close the position.
- Participating in salary negotiation and releasing offer.
- Ensure that all position is hired as per TAT.
- Coordinate with all the department heads for recruitment.
- Handling the recruitment Issues & Queries.
- Preparing & maintaining recruitment reports.
- Sourcing and screening profiles.

Requirements
- Any Graduation.
- Minimum experience range 2 to 4 years(preferably Non-tech recruitment Bulk/Volume).
- Work from office.
