- Sourcing business through Existing Customers / Open Market / BT / Top-Ups
- Verifying KYC & Property Documents
- Field Verification (Property / Business)
- Co-ordinate with internal departments (Operations, Credit and Legal Technical) till disbursement.
- Achieving Monthly Login and Disbursal Targets
- Ensure adherence to all processes, compliance & policies.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis and underwriting of mortgage loan applications
- Assess the creditworthiness of the borrowers and the collateral being offered
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as customers, sales team, and credit team




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and related documents

- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in the LAP / HL Sales domain with Banks or NBFCs only.
