Experienced Senior Consultant role focused on Oncology CI, strategy, and business research for pharma clients. Involves owning end-to-end conference intelligence delivery, driving client engagements, and converting complex data into actionable insights.
Requires robust oncology expertise, client handling, Conference coverage and team leadership along with responsibility for delivery quality, revenue growth, and business development initiatives.

Job description

Job requires the person to work in a dynamic environment for various clients across R&D;, Commercial and Strategy domains looking into the following aspects :
• Grow the pharma business research and CI support team with main focus on Oncology.




• Own and lead end-to-end CI delivery across major oncology congresses; drive pre-, during-, and post-conference workflows.
• Role includes translation of fragmented data into clear, structured insights tied to client KBQs and deliver executive-ready narratives (not raw data).
• Demonstrate strong scientific and competitive understanding across solid tumor landscapes, interpret clinical data readouts and assess competitive positioning and differentiation
• Act as a primary client interface for engagements, lead client discussions, expectation setting, and delivery alignment, and proactively shape agendas, identify white spaces, and recommend next steps
• Lead a team of research professionals and work on achieving the revenue targets.
• Support sales & management team to drive business development initiatives by expanding solution portfolio and offerings in the Insights and Advisory domain
