The selected candidate will own enterprise business development targeting US and UK clients, with a explicit expectation to generate pipeline from Month 1 and achieve revenue targets from Month 2 onwards.

They serve enterprise clients across healthcare, fintech, insurance, retail, and legal technology, delivering AI, cloud, RPA, Salesforce, custom software, and digital transformation solutions. Average engagement size ranges from USD 10,000 per month to USD 1,00,000 per month and above.

Salary
No bar for the result driven candidate, plus performance incentives on closed deals.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Deal Size Range
This role targets engagements from USD 10,000 per month to USD 1,00,000 per month.



You must have previously closed deals within this range or above.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate enterprise IT services pipeline from their first month in the role. This means you already have a method that works. Whether that is a referral network, a strong Upwork or LinkedIn presence, a history of outbound that converts, or existing client relationships you can bring forward, you must be able to demonstrate it clearly.
This is not a role where you spend three months learning the product and building a pipeline. Revenue activity starts in Month 1. Revenue results are expected from Month 2.
