Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & SQL
 Write advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets from data
warehouses.
 Investigate business problems across lead funnel, bookings, revenue, operations,
and project performance.
 Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

2. Business Reporting & Automation

 Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Google Sheets.
 Create automations using Google Apps Script to streamline operational workflows.
 Ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely business visibility.

3. Problem Solving & Insights
 Translate business questions into structured analytical problems.
 Deliver clear insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
 Support leadership teams with decision-making through data-backed insights.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration
 Work closely with teams across Sales, Design, Finance, Operations, and Product.
 Gather requirements and convert them into scalable reporting solutions.
 Communicate insights in a clear and actionable manner.

5. Process & Data Improvements




 Identify gaps in existing data tracking and reporting.
 Improve data pipelines, reporting structures, and operational metrics.
 Build scalable analytical frameworks that support business growth.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related
analytical field.

Experience
 1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Consulting /
Operations Analytics.

Technical Skills

 Solid proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
 Advanced Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, data manipulation, reporting).
 Experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automation is a strong plus.
 Familiarity with data warehouses / cloud platforms (AWS / Athena / Presto /
BigQuery) is preferred.
