Role Overview

We're hiring a People Operations Lead to own and build the people operations
function with a strong anchor in our Bangalore hub. This is a hands-on
leadership role. You will be responsible for designing and running the core
people operations infrastructure — onboarding, offboarding, employment
compliance, advantages administration, HRIS management, employee relations, and
performance frameworks — with a particular focus on getting India operations to
a best-in-class standard while supporting our global footprint.





You would report to the COO and work closely with the Head of People Operations
& Talent (once hired) as well as every functional leader in the company. In the
near term, you will be the most senior people ops person on the ground in
Bangalore, and the team and leadership will rely on you to be the operational
backbone of how we manage our people.

This role requires someone who has built and scaled people operations before.
You should have 10+ years of experience, with meaningful depth in India
employment law, HR compliance, and people operations at a company that was
scaling quickly. If you've only operated in steady-state environments or in a
single-country context, this will be a stretch.
