mindZvue is scaling fast across two entities — mindZvue LLC (US) and mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (India) — and we are looking for a Head of Finance to own and modernize the entire finance function for our India operations. This is a builder's role: you will lead financial planning, compliance, and controls, formalize inter company operations with our US entity.
You will be a core member of the leadership team, working directly with the CEO, CGO, and CTO — with a mandate to make finance a strategic advantage, not a back office.

What You'll Do

Financial Leadership & Strategy

Own end-to-end financial management for mindZvue Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning,



partnering with delivery and sales leadership on utilization, margins, and pricing.
Deliver crisp monthly MIS and leadership reporting — revenue, margin, cost, and cash dashboards that drive decisions.

Accounting, Compliance & Controls

Own the monthly/quarterly/annual close on Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness.
Ensure full statutory compliance — GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Qualified Tax, ROC/MCA filings, and income tax — working with external advisors and auditors.
Formalize and manage Intercompany operations with the US entity — transfer pricing documentation, Intercompany agreements, invoicing, and FEMA/RBI compliance.
Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and financial policies across procurement, expense, and payroll.

Payroll, Treasury & Operations

Oversee payroll for 100+ employees, including appraisal-cycle payouts, variable pay/TBP programs, and reimbursement
