Responsible and to follow the procedure, implementation and compliance as
described in the SOP of Pest Control also review of layout , prepare and
maintain documentation of pest control activity

Responsible of prepare the schedule for pest control activity and related all
work

Responsible of deliver the service as per inspection findings, inspect the DCAL
premises to be treated, take periodic pest control activity round and compliance
of the observations found

during round.

Responsible of evaluate the performance of the pest control agency annually and
take part in internal/ external audits , compliance and GMP & SOP documents.

Responsible of review and maintain final evaluation annual report carried out by
pest control agency and annual contract for pest control treatment with pest
control agency

Responsible of GMP & SOP documents of housekeeping and related work in absence
of housekeeping person
