Role accountabilities:
* Able to work on straightforward tasks under appropriate supervision.
* Able to understand and implement the main codes and standards for the area of
work.
* Undertake simple design tasks, modelling works.
* Able to produce sketches for communicating with BIM and lead region to convey
the basic understanding of the design.
* Ensure Quality through necessary verification, checking of design
submittals.
* Manage programme timelines, budget, and H&S; for all the projects.
* Positive attitude towards Health & Safety.
* Show due regard for the environment and for the sustainable management of
natural resources.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Have a thorough knowledge on at least one out of Software Application like
STAAD, MIDAS, LUSAS, ROBOT.
* Scripting and Automation Tool Knowledge is an advantage. (Python or
Grasshopper)
* Demonstrated ability to undertake self-learing using inhouse and web-based
materials.
* Bear confidence to work independently with good influencing/motivating
skills.
* Excellent Communication both written, verbal
* Strong Aptitude and problem solving technicques
* Fair Knowledge of design standards preferably international, application
processes.
* Design of elements using software and should be able to validate through
alternative means, if necessary, by applying basic principles.
* CADD application, Drawing tools knowledge
Experience:
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in Structural design (Bridge design
experience preferable), sound knowldedge in fundamentals of structural
engineering and structural behaviour.
