Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global Salesforce
ecosystem. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ERP,
Engineering, Digital, Operations, Customer Service), contribute to the design
and evolution of our Salesforce applications, and ensure seamless alignment with




our global core model.

You’ll specifically take care of leading development and release activities, as
well as documenting and strengthening our Technical & Functional Core Model, but
also provide deep functional and technical expertise to support business
stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:

* Managing, designing, and implementing functional and technical solutions
aligned with business strategy and the global Salesforce Core Model.

* Safeguarding the integrity, scalability, and future evolution of Service
Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud platforms.

* Translating complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and
well-architected technical and functional designs.

* Preparing and presenting solution documentation to business stakeholders,
