Job Overview -We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Associate to manage and strengthen upGrad's social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling.



This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, design teams, and external agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities -
Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other emerging channels.
Create and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Develop monthly social media calendars in collaboration with marketing and business teams.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers to execute campaigns effectively.
Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platform features to identify new opportunities.
Support the execution of organic and paid social media campaigns.
