Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance and Accounts function of our Hospital and Charitable Trust. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws governing hospitals and charitable trusts.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
- Oversee the complete accounting and financial operations of the Hospital and the Charitable Trust.
- Maintain separate books of accounts for the Hospital and the Trust in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, working capital requirements and maintain present Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Account, Receipts & Payments Account, Cash Flow Statement, and other financial reports.

Statutory Compliance Trust Accounting




- Maintain and administer the accounts of the Charitable Trust, including corpus funds, donations, grants, endowments, and designated funds.
- Coordinate with the Trustees on financial planning, budgeting, fund utilization, and compliance matters.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Qualified Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act provisions (where applicable), Trust regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act applicable to charitable trusts, including Sections 12A, 80G, and other relevant regulations.

Hospital Finance
- Monitor hospital revenue, patient billing, insurance/TPA receivables, vendor payments, and revenue reconciliation.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.
