Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Management Trainee (Business Analysis). The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, understanding and improving business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting research, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
The role requires effective communication and collaboration to deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs.

- Solid Analytical Skills to understand and interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and familiarity with Business Requirements gathering
- Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to identify areas of improvement
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members
- Proactive approach, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior internship or experience in Fintech or related industries is a plus
