Job Summary

We are seeking a Civil Engineering Supervisor to oversee civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects across the school campus. The ideal candidate will ensure quality work, timely project completion, safety compliance, and effective coordination with contractors and school management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction, repair, and maintenance across the school campus.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Inspect and maintain school buildings, hostels, playgrounds, roads, and other infrastructure.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, materials, and contractor work.
- Verify material quality, measurements, and contractor bills.
- Maintain project documentation and maintenance records.




- Identify structural issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and workplace safety regulations.
- Provide regular project and maintenance updates to school management.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or building maintenance.
- Experience in school, institutional, hospital, or residential campus projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, waterproofing, plumbing coordination, and building maintenance.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
