Role & responsibilities
- Provide secure and quality patient care.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Administer medications as per doctor's orders.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Follow infection control and hand hygiene practices.
- Ensure patient identification before any procedure or medication.
- Report any change in patient condition immediately.
- Educate patients and relatives about treatment and discharge care.
- Follow NABH standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Ensure proper shift handover and coordination with all departments.
- Maintain ward cleanliness and check emergency equipment.
- Report incidents, medication errors, and near misses promptly.
- Participate in training, audits,



and quality improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred).
- Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) Registration.
- 13 years of clinical experience (Freshers can also apply, if applicable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of NABH standards and patient safety.
- Sound clinical and medication administration skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and emergencies.
- Team player with a positive and compassionate attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations.
