Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer – Packaging to lead the creative development and execution of packaging designs across multiple product categories. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in packaging design, brand identity, print production, and visual communication, with the ability to translate brand strategies into impactful and commercially successful packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and visually compelling packaging designs aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end packaging design process, from concept development to final artwork and production.
- Create packaging concepts, layouts, illustrations, typography, graphics, and visual systems for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.




- Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, dielines, colors, typography, barcodes, regulatory information, and print specifications.
- Work closely with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams to ensure quality and consistency during the printing process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
- Conduct design research and stay updated on packaging trends, consumer preferences, materials, and printing technologies.
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts and artwork created by junior designers or external agencies.
- Maintain consistency across packaging portfolios and ensure adherence to brand identity guidelines.
