Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone and in person.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Maintain customer records and service updates.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.

Follow company service procedures and standards.
Prepare basic customer service reports.
