We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Software to lead our software sales initiatives, build a high-performing sales pipeline, and drive business growth.
Role Summary
The Sales Manager – Software will be responsible for leading software sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should possess strong experience in B2B Software/SaaS Sales, team leadership,



and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing leads, and strategic partnerships.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Sales Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Lead negotiations and close business opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-up of all qualified leads.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand customer business challenges and propose value-driven software solutions.
