Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Consultation: (Connect)
- Greet customers with a friendly and qualified demeanor, providing an exceptional experience from entry to exit.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations on Apple products and services, such as iPhones, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories.
- Assist customers in setting up their new devices,



transferring data, and providing basic troubleshooting guidance.
- Product Knowledge & Sales: (Discover)
- Stay up to date with the latest Apple products, features, and software updates.
- Engage customers with demonstrations of Apple products, showcasing their unique features and capabilities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by offering tailored solutions and upselling Apple products, services (e.g., AppleCare, iCloud, Apple Music), and accessories.
- Customer Education & Support: (Share)
- Educate customers on Apple services, including iCloud, Apple Music, and AppleCare protection plans.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations to customers and ensure they are comfortable using their new Apple devices.
