About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Leader to join our team in a Remote capacity. As a Senior Project Leader, you will lead Parexel and client teams by combining deep clinical research expertise with strategic insight to develop innovative solutions that drive clinical trial success.
This position plays a key role in study execution, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage industry-standard processes, and drive study outcomes from planning through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium to high complexity clinical trials or low complexity clinical trial programs with full accountability for project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
