Job Summary

The Sales Officer
will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong
relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent execution of sales
strategies in the assigned territory. The role demands a proactive,
solution-oriented approach and a commitment to upholding company
values while driving business growth.

Key
Responsibilities

1. Sales
Planning Execution
- Develop and
execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets in the assigned
territory.
- Conduct
market research to identify current sales opportunities and optimize
existing ones.
2. Client
Relationship Management
- Build and
maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and
distributors.
- Address
customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and ensure
excellent post-sales support.
- Driving
sales in key accounts in the assigned territory on his own
(individual drive).
3. Market
Expansion
- Identify
potential customers and generate leads through market visits,
networking,



and promotional activities.
- Collaborate
with the marketing team to design and implement local campaigns.
4. Data
Analysis Reporting
- Monitor
sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare periodic sales
reports.
- Provide
feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities,
and customer needs.
5. Compliance
Teamwork
- Ensure all
activities align with company policies, ethical standards, and
regulatory requirements.
- Work
closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer
satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.

Educational
Qualifications
- Any
Graduation.
- Master?s
degree (MBA) is a plus.

Experience
- 2?4 years
of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, telecom, electrical or a
related industry.
- Proven
track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills
- Strong
communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to
analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
