We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.

Summary
Natus Sensory is seeking a Salesforce Architect to own the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical governance of our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, along with integration touchpoints across our broader enterprise systems, including our ERP platform.

This is not a design-only role:



the Architect is also expected to personally implement enhancements and serve as the top-tier escalation point when issues arise, rolling up their sleeves to resolve urgent production, integration, and CPQ problems directly. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on architecture experience across the full Salesforce platform lifecycle -- from data model and security design through integration architecture, hands-on build, and release governance -- and can operate independently as the primary technical authority for Salesforce within the organization. This person will partner closely with the business-side Salesforce admin team, the broader IT organization, and the Natus Neuro IT team (TSA partner) on shared systems.
