A Day in the Life
The Senior Enterprise Software Engineer will be a member of the Engineering R&D; team working on the software development and support of medical devices. Works closely with other members of the engineering staff to provide technical solutions to engineering problems.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead complex feature development and refactoring efforts.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.
Identify and resolve technical debt.
Mentor and support junior and mid level developers.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.




Ensure proper unit, integration, and system testing.
Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
Support CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and release processes.
Maintain application documentation and technical specifications.
Required knowledge and experience:
8+ years of qualified software development experience, with a strong focus on desktop application development.
Required: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Sciences, Biotechnology, Bio-Medical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Preferred: - Maters in Engineering or master’s in technology computer sciences, Bio-Technology, Bio-Medical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Proven expertise in one or more desktop frameworks, such as:
.NET (C#, WPF, WinForms)
C# (MFC, Qt)
Strong understanding of object oriented design principles, design patterns, and SOLID practices.
