Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
to manage business development activities across
Tamil nadu
. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customer relationships, and supporting clients with technical solutions that meet their research and industrial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers across research institutes, universities, government laboratories, startups, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate sales leads,



conduct customer visits, and convert opportunities into business.
- Prepare and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor sales activities and analyze progress against targets, implementing corrective actions when required.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions and equipment.
- Obtain referrals and business opportunities from existing customers to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Collect market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to support product portfolio development and business growth.
