What would you do? The Reporting & Analytics Lead is responsible for leading the development, preparation, and delivery of standard and ad-hoc reports within and outside client systems such as Workday.



The role requires strong hands-on expertise in advanced Excel-based reporting and automation, combined with leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. The incumbent will drive high-quality MIS reporting, enable data-driven decision-making, support delivery excellence, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across reporting outputs. Talent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment.
