Key Responsibilities

Founder-led short-form videos (LinkedIn, X, Reels, Shorts)
Long-form educational & product videos (YouTube)
B2B SaaS marketing content, case studies & ads

Required Skills

Robust hooks & retention-focused editing
Clean pacing (not over-edited)
Subtitles, pattern interrupts & basic motion graphics
Comfortable using AI tools for captions, clipping & speed
Fast, reliable & detail-oriented
