Role & responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and develop vendors and subcontractors for Civil EPC projects.
- Prepare RFQs, techno-commercial comparative statements, and rate analysis.
- Support package finalization and release of Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Liaise with Planning, QS, Design, Execution, Finance, and Stores teams for procurement requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation in SAP/ERP.
- Monitor vendor performance and procurement schedules.
- Support cost optimization through effective sourcing and negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile





We are looking for a energetic Procurement Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Civil EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement of civil packages for Heavy Industrial Projects, Buildings & Factories, Data Centres, High-Rise Residential Projects, and Battery/Giga Factory Projects. The role involves vendor sourcing, tendering, techno-commercial evaluation, purchase order management, delivery coordination, and procurement documentation to support timely project execution.
