We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Visa Counsellor to guide students through the complete study-abroad visa process. The candidate will assess student profiles, explain visa requirements, review financial and academic documents, prepare applications, conduct interview preparation, and coordinate with students and internal teams until the visa decision.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study visa requirements for countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Recent Zealand, the USA, and Europe.
- Evaluate students’ academic qualifications, financial background, travel history, and visa eligibility.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, timelines, and possible risks.
- Prepare personalized visa document checklists for students.
- Review passports, academic documents, admission letters, financial documents, sponsorship documents, and other supporting evidence.
- Assist students with online visa application forms, appointment booking, biometric scheduling, and fee payments.
- Guide students in preparing Statements of Purpose, cover letters,



sponsorship letters, and visa-related declarations.
- Conduct mock visa interviews and train students to answer questions confidently and accurately.
- Ensure that every application is complete, accurate, genuine, and submitted within the required deadline.
- Regularly follow up with students for pending documents and application updates.
- Coordinate with counsellors, admissions officers, universities, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
- Track each student’s case from offer-letter acceptance through visa submission and final decision.
- Update student records, application stages, follow-up notes, and visa outcomes in the CRM.
- Stay informed about current immigration rules, embassy requirements, and country-specific visa updates.
- Immediately escalate complicated cases, refusals, documentation concerns, and deadline risks to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality
