About the Role

This is a single sales role covering both brands of Ontripper Private Limited. Ontripper is a self-serve SaaS itinerary builder sold mainly to travel agents — high volume, quick cycles, mostly cold calling and video demos, plus in-person visits to travel agencies across Guwahati to start. Otomateflow, our automation brand, carries a larger ticket size and is sold to hospitals, hotels, clinics and real estate builders — consultative, longer cycle, and closed through joint calls with the founder. Your job is to open doors for both brands: prospect, qualify, and — for Otomateflow — do the due diligence to lock appointments with the right decision-maker, then run joint calls with the founder to close. For Ontripper, you own the full motion end to end.

What You'll Do

Cold calling: Build and work a pipeline of travel agents (Ontripper) and B2B accounts (Otomateflow) through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Field visits: Visit travel agencies in person across Guwahati to demo Ontripper and drive onboarding — this is required on the ground for the launch market.





Video demos: Run online product walkthroughs and onboarding sessions for Ontripper clients.

Qualification & due diligence: For Otomateflow, identify the right decision-maker (owner / admin head / GM), qualify need and budget, and confirm the appointment is with the right party.

Joint calls: Set up and co-run meetings with the founder for Otomateflow, prepare context in advance, and drive next steps.

Onboarding: Guide new clients through sign-up and first use so they activate successfully.

Reporting: Maintain clean records of calls, visits, meetings and pipeline status in the CRM / tracker.

Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning and demoing SaaS products, doing video calls, and using CRM / spreadsheets confidently.

Sales-driven: Hungry to hit targets, comfortable with cold outreach and rejection, motivated by incentives.
