About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Assistant Manager – Content Writer to lead content initiatives, create high-quality SEO-friendly content, and mentor a team of content writers. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, SEO knowledge, and experience managing multiple content projects in a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop long-form content such as case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and articles.
- Manage, mentor, and review the work of junior content writers.
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content using SEO best practices.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand voice.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor content performance using Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, AI tools,



and search engine updates.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Writing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent written English, editing, and research skills.
- Robust understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), Grammarly, ChatGPT, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Google Docs.
- Experience in mentoring content writers is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio of published content.
- Content Marketing or Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
