Role Description
The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ratlam, focused on driving growth for TVS Motor through new customer acquisition and market expansion.



Daily responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers, and supporting local sales initiatives to meet volume and revenue targets. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports to inform strategic decisions and business plans. The Business Development Officer will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and high-quality post-sales support. This position also entails monitoring competitor activity, providing feedback to management, and ensuring alignment with TVS Motor’s brand, compliance, and customer experience standards.
