About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving sales by identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and building strong relationships that convert into revenue. You'll work closely with a dynamic sales team to hit targets and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
- Qualify leads based on ideal customer criteria
- Maintain accurate records of communication and lead activity in CRM




- Hand off qualified leads with detailed context to senior sales executives
- Follow up with prospects to gather info or resolve queries
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to position offerings effectively

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent verbal & written communication with a professional phone presence
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Self-motivated, target-driven, results-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM software (or willing to learn)
- Prior sales/customer service experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to new sales techniques
