Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Create and execute social media growth strategies.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Build platform-specific content plans for Instagram
- Identify opportunities to increase:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers
- Brand Authority
- Inbound Leads

Content Ideation & Creative Direction
- Develop content pillars and recurring content series.
- Create ideas for:
- Reels
- Carousels
- Stories
- LinkedIn Posts
- Founder-led Content
- UGC-style Content




- Educational Content
- Brand Storytelling
- Stay updated on trends and adapt them to the brand.
- Write compelling captions and content briefs.
- Work with designers and video editors to execute content.

Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and branding.

Analytics & Optimization
- Track content performance and platform insights.
- Identify winning content formats and double down on them.
- Conduct competitor research and content benchmarking.
- Test recent content formats, hooks, posting schedules, and storytelling approaches.

Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, marketing teams, designers, and content creators.
- Coordinate content shoots and content collection.
- Participate in brainstorming and growth discussions.
