Summary:

Leads and shapes Human Resources strategy to support business goals.



Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders on complex employee relations and organizational matters; drives engagement and culture; and partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR programs across compensation, perks, talent acquisition, and policy. Builds and implements approaches that attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.

Essential Functions:
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy, organization design, and workforce plans with company goals.
- Serve as the senior HR Business Partner for the India/GSD scope, partnering with US counterparts to clarify role requirements, translate local needs, and drive effective job design, job descriptions, and budget inputs to enable scaling.
- Partner with US HR leadership on core talent practices, including career architecture/leveling, banding, and compensation benchmarking, and ensure consistent application locally.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, investigations, and risk mitigation; coach leaders and HR team members on best practices.
