MUST-HAVE EXPERTISE:
- Strong experience in
Staffing Business Development (IT / Non-IT / Industrial)
- Exposure to
Domestic & International markets (US preferred)
- Expertise in
cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and deal closures
- Deep understanding of
recruitment lifecycle across industries
- High ownership with
revenue-first mindset

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum
5+ years in Business Development (Staffing/Recruitment)
- Proven track record of
client acquisition & closures
- Experience handling
multiple industry clients is a strong advantage
