- Skilled in computational fluid-dynamics (CFD) using commercially available tools preferably in StarCCM+
- Execute aerodynamics modeling and simulations for full vehicle
- Robust Knowledge of experimental fluid dynamics/heat transfer/flow visualization
- Challenging the status Quo and bring Method & Process improvement in computational fluid-dynamics
- Involvement in the start to end process (FE meshing, model building, simulations, results analysis and report preparation).
- Interactions with design teams and other cross functional teams.
- Contribution in the Innovation/Paper/Publication topics
- Understand partners expectations/requirements and translate into work planning
- Interactions with design teams and other cross functional teams.
- Carry out numerical optimization and DoE studies for aerodynamics performance at component as well as full vehicle level.
- Execute aerodynamics modeling and simulations for full vehicle
- Analyze/interpret simulation results; evaluate specific aero and/or thermal effects on components as well as on full vehicle; provide counter measures to improve product performance
- Develop methodologies to support the digitalization and reducing the physical tests.
- Help team in work execution as needed and meet project dead-line with managers support
- Keep team and counterpart updated on project status through mail/Chat/meetings
- Fulfillment of all applicable guidelines, regulations, and compliance measures
