Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef de Partie (CDP) with a solid background in Indian cuisine to oversee a designated kitchen section and ensure the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities,



and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage and oversee the Indian section during service, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants assigned to the section.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to standardized recipes and company quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients following food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute daily operations and menu requirements.
