Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements
- Understand hiring requirements and deliver the right talent
- Maintain recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates
- Contribute to business development & long-term client partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or MBA-HR
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation & coordination abilities
- Experience with staffing/recruitment firms will be an added advantage
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
